Skill casting texture bug on Carlos (beast): fixed

Adding:
Temperion Lucky Pack VII 200pts
Enchanting Xeon Extractor 150pts.
PK Remover 50pts. (Remove the PK Protection after being defeated to enable Player Killing again quickly)
PK Tendency Reset 100pts. (Reset the My Tendency score to zero and remove the mark of the killer)
