I'm sorry that this is yet again another complaint thread But I've been screwed over twice in the last weeek First off ill explain this rant and why im cheesed.I bought mall points last week and i was selling them to a guildie then the server decided it didnt want to save the data durning the transfer So when i send the Items to the person they were not recieved nor in my log of bought items and it still had taken my points from me so i send in a ticket and got a reply back 2 days later asking for more information its been 4 days and still nothing and they closed out my ticket
Yesterday i try to log and im temp banned? wtf is your deal gravity you screw up so you give me a temp ban to boot and yes im aware im not the only one who has this temp ban, But seriously I'm a paying costumer I've spent over 200 bucks in this month alone and to be treated so poorly by any company is completely unacceptable TO LOCK out players who've paid? that goes against common sense.
